QuizSparks is an independent project created by Jordan Sinclair—a PhD student and product builder focused on bridging the gap between complex AI and playful, human experiences.
QuizSparks started in late 2025 as a very specific itch: could quizzes feel as playful as the internet at its best, while still giving creators and businesses genuinely useful insight about the people they’re serving?
I’d been working across product, design, and engineering on my other startup, RoomsThatSell, which offers a b2b style virtual staging platform for real estate agents and photographers. Again and again, I saw the same pattern—people either had "fun" tools with no depth, or serious tools that felt like work.
QuizSparks sits in the middle. It’s opinionated about craft, pacing, and tone, but flexible enough to support everything from personality-style quizzes for creators to structured, insight-heavy funnels for brands.
These aren't just words on a wall. They guide every decision we make.
Every quiz, feature, and interaction is designed with real people in mind—not vanity metrics.
QuizSparks is built for solo founders, creators, and small teams who need leverage, not more complexity.
The goal isn’t more data—it’s better decisions. QuizSparks focuses on the signals that actually matter.
QuizSparks is intentionally lean so it can move fast, listen closely, and keep improving in the open.
QuizSparks is built by a researcher, engineer, and creative who loves exploring the intersection of technology and human connection.
I am currently a PhD student in Computer Science at the University of Denver, where my research focuses on Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) and Machine Learning. I also hold a BS in Physics and an MS in Electrical Engineering.
My background in physics and engineering gives me a rigorous approach to problem-solving, but my passion lies in building products that people love to use. I believe that the best technology feels like magic—simple, intuitive, and delightful.
Outside of research and coding, I'm an artist and musician. I love the creative process, whether it's composing a song, painting, or designing a new feature. And yes, I unironically love personality quizzes!
I'm always looking for new opportunities to collaborate or learn. If you're interested in my work, research, or just want to chat about the future of AI and quizzes, feel free to reach out!
